Prenatal Massage, Registered Massage Therapy ( Return Clients Only)
Hey there!
I’ve been practicing massage therapy for almost two decades with a special focus on supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum, and all the transitions that come with it. I know that booking a massage — especially during or after pregnancy — can feel like a big step. You may be unsure of what to expect, nervous about your changing body, or feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. That’s completely okay. You’re not alone in that. Working from home allows me to cultivate a welcoming, calm, and quiet space — a place where you can unwind and feel cared for. Whether you’re dealing with pelvic or low back pain, swollen feet, tight shoulders from feeding and holding baby, or just running on empty, I’m here to help you rest, recover, and reconnect with your body.

"Thoroughly enjoyed my 90 minute massage. It started on time and my back felt relief afterwards, which is hard to come by being 7 months pregnant. Delia gave me good advice and tips on what to do and what may be the root cause of my pain. Will definitely be going back!"

🤰 Pregnancy Massage FAQs
Is massage therapy safe in the first trimester of pregnancy?
Yes, absolutely! Massage is safe at any stage of pregnancy, including the first trimester. It’s a proven way to reduce pain, ease stress, and support your body as it undergoes the various physical and emotional changes of pregnancy.
There’s a common myth that massage in early pregnancy can trigger labour—but that’s all it is: a myth. There’s no science behind it.
I do recommend seeing a therapist who has extra training and experience in prenatal massage. That way, you’ll know you’re getting care that’s both safe and supportive for you and your baby.
How will I be positioned during a massage?
Expect comfortable, pregnancy-safe positioning:
- First Trimester: Prone (face down) positioning using specialized cushions, but only until mid-pregnancy or on a case-by-case basis
-
Second and third trimesters: The side-lying position with bolsters is the most common and safest position.
