⏰Cancellation Policy

To help better serve you, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or if you’d like to adjust the duration of your session. We reserve your appointment time just for you, and I send friendly reminders and confirmations via email and text to keep you informed.

If you need to make any changes more than a day ahead of your appointment, navigate to the “Upcoming Appointments” section in your Jane “My Account”.

If you’re unable to provide 24-hour notice, please reach out by📞 phone at 905-922-2824 or 📨email at m4life.rmt@gmail.com; a cancellation fee will apply.

Thank you for your understanding!

Last Minute/ No Show Policy

Last Minute Cancellation

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 100% of the appointment cost.

 No Show Fee

If you miss your appointment without notification, you’ll also be charged 100% of the cost.  We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you have an emergency or sudden situation, please contact us as soon as possible; we may be able to reduce the fee. However, situations like work obligations or childcare issues aren’t considered emergencies. If your schedule makes it difficult to follow our cancellation policy, let’s discuss alternative booking options that better suit your needs.

*So that you know, cancellation fees must be paid before booking future appointments. Frequent disregard for these policies will result in you being blocked from making future appointments.

**Note:** If a therapist is unable to attend due to illness or emergencies, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new appointment.

  Thank you for understanding!

Late Policy

Late Appointment

To make the most of your time with us, we recommend arriving a little early. This will give you a chance to attend to any necessary paperwork and use the restroom before we begin. To ensure that all our patients receive the time they need, we do ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive late, we cannot extend your appointment, and you’ll still be charged the full fee for the scheduled time. If you come with less than 30 minutes remaining in your appointment, we’ll consider it a missed appointment. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you soon!

Children's Treatment Policy

Patients under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of their appointment. Children can choose whether they would prefer their parent or guardian to be in the treatment room with them or to wait in the reception area. Parents are required to remain on-site for the entire treatment. Additionally, all massage therapy clients under the age of 16 must have written consent from a parent for treatment.

Your Comfort During Treatment

During your treatment, it's important to communicate any discomfort you may experience, whether it's due to the massage pressure or the music volume. This time is dedicated to you, and I aim to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

Since massage pressure is subjective, I typically start with a medium level when working with new clients. If this pressure feels too strong or not enough, please let me know so I can adjust accordingly. Your comfort is my top priority, and my goal is to achieve a balance that feels good without causing discomfort. If the massage isn't the right fit for you, I understand completely and can recommend someone else who may be better suited to meet your needs.
