Postnatal Massage (0-4 months postpartum)
You’re feeding, carrying, rocking, and healing—usually on not-enough sleep. This session is a calm reset for your body and nervous system.
Common areas of focus include neck/shoulders, upper–mid back from nursing and carrying your little one. Low back/SI and hips discomfort as tings settle back into place and your body adjusts. Forearms/wrists (“new-parent wrist”) from holding and feeding. I use gentle, effective techniques at a pressure that feels right for you, with simple take-home tips. Positioning can be modified for anyone recovering from a C-section.
How you may feel after Softer shoulders, easier movement, and a little more calm for the rest of your week.
Choose 60 or 75 minutes. Come exactly as you are—hair un-brushed, pajamas on—just make it from the car to my back door and you’re winning. This is a judgment-free space.
Important note (postnatal cautions): Please postpone or get provider clearance if you have:
Fever/flu-like illness or mastitis with fever
Heavy bleeding or a sudden increase in bleeding
Unexplained calf swelling/pain, chest pain, or shortness of breath
Severe headache, vision changes, or blood-pressure concerns
Wound concerns or medical restrictions after a procedure If you’re unsure, message me—happy to help you decide what’s best.
